About Commonplace Books
Commonplace Books is a web-based global arts community. They produce the 'Welcome to Night Vale' podcast. Welcome to Night Vale airs twice a month, featuring itself as a local radio show for the fictional town of Night Vale. It is written by Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor, and voiced by Cecil Baldwin. The podcast consists of "news, announcements and advertisements" from the town. Every episode of the podcast also has a song section during the "weather report", each done by a different indie musician.
