Common Collective is a band from Louisville, KY who stylize their musical genre as "Funk Hop Rock." Common Collective began as a series of jam sessions in the house of band leader and bassist Paul, in the early summer of 2010. By September, a lineup was solidified and the band began performing regularly around Louisville, KY. In Fall of 2011, the band began recording an EP in-house, which they subsequently released in May 2012. T.R.U.T.H. showcased the band's fluid merging of genre.
