About Come Taste The Band
A Norwegian tribute band to Deep Purple, COME TASTE THE BAND was formed in 1997. They have worked with two Purple alumni: with Glenn Hughes in 2007, and with Joe Lynn Turner in 2011 and 2013. Most recently (Nov 2013) the band has recorded a single with Joe Lynn Turner on guest vocals; the sole track on the single, while being Deep Purple-inspired, is an original and new composition.
