About Close II You
Close II You was a Dutch girl group, created by producers Eeg van Kruysdijk en Ed van Otterdijk inspired by the Spice Girls’ popularity. In August of 1996, Natascha Scheffers, Sascha Koninkx, Nadja Nooijen, Arlice Beeldsnijder, and Marsha van de Berg formed the original line-up. In 1997, Close II You debuted with “Nice & Nasty” which became a minor hit on the Dutch official Top 40. Bigger success came with the follow-up “Baby Don’t Go”, which soared to #4 and was certified platinum.
