
About Clodagh Rodgers
Clodagh Rodgers (born in Warrenpoint on 5 March 1947; died 18 April 2025) was a Northern Irish singer remembered for her hit singles including "Come Back and Shake Me", "Goodnight Midnight", and "Jack in the Box" (the UK's entry for the 1971 Eurovision Song Contest). Rodgers signed for Decca records in 1961, at the age of 14. She made a number of recordings with Decca, changing to Columbia in the mid 60s, but her career took off only after she signed to RCA.
