About Cliff Hedley
Cliff Hedley is based in Auckland New Zealand. His debut album Sink & Swim was completed after he returned from living in London, having earned a grant from NZ On Air to record the first single, Overcoat. This was recorded primarily at Studio 203 with Andrew Buckton producing. After that, Hedley set about forming a band, with members Andre Birt, AJ Hay and Brent Martin collaborating on the rest of the album. The music Hedley writes can best be described as "alt-rock", with an underlying pop sensibility.
