Claudia Nelson is a Dutch singer, who has mostly worked in the gospel scene.She has reportedly also worked as a backing vocalist for Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Céline Dion, Anastacia,Chaka Khan, Tavares and René Froger In 1998 she participated in the 'Nationaal Songfestival', the Dutch preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song 'Zintuigen'. She came in 6th place. Edsilia Rombley emerged as the winner with 'Hemel & Aarde'.The song was released as a single, featuring the English version 'Senses' as the b-side.
