About Claudia Kane
Not much is known of the enigmatic North London-based singer Claudia Kane, but if her debut single, “Residents of Darkness” is anything to go by that won’t be the case for long. The charismatic musician mixes dark disco with haunting vocals, sounding somewhere between Nancy Sinatra and Florence and the Machine via a 1950s cabaret. And with exactly that mix Claudia Kane manages to press the better-than-decent-pop-that-you-could-dance-to ‘in da club’ button.
