City (Comma) State is a pop punk band formed in Los Angelas, CA, United States in 2010 and disbanded in 2011. City (Comma) State is an American pop punk band from Los Angeles, California. The band consisted of lead vocalist Joanna Pacitti, bassist Justin Siegel, guitarist Ryan "Frogs" McCormack, drummer Drew Langan, and back-up guitarist Rob Leifer. Blink-182 co-frontman Mark Hoppus worked closely with the group on their debut album and overall formation.
