About Charlie Lou
Charlie Lou creates pop music that mixes melancholy with dance, naïve lyrics with powerful choruses, melodies and modern riffs with drum machines and synthesizers from the 80s. His sound has been described as a mix between Mauro Scocco, Phoenix, and kent. After a hiatus following the debut single “Ropar över taken” in 2014, Charlie Lou came back again in the spring of 2018 with two additional singles. “Inga snygga muskler” was released in February 2018 and was co-written with Isak Friberg from Llojd.
