
Charles Tyler (1941-1992) was an alto and baritone saxophone player. He released a string of albums on the ESPDisk and Sackville labels in the 1970s and 1980s, all of them in the free jazz idiom. His discography includes work with Albert Ayler, David Murray, Billy Bang and many others
