cat meows (ｷｬｯﾄﾐｬｳｽﾞ)is a Japanese shoegaze/pop/indie-rock band from Tokyo which started its activities in July 2023. Members Vocals & Guitar ヨシダ (ヨシダ カリン; Yoshida Karin) Drums: Tsukino Ex members: Guitar: Koma (Fuma Komabayashi; until April 2025; now in Thujone) Bass: 雪 (Yuki) (until April 2025) Drawing influence from alternative and UK indie rock, cat meows channels the melancholic currents of daily existence into a sound that balances vulnerability and distortion.
