Carter Airways was born in St.Ives, a small town in Cambridgeshire (UK), in 2006. By two young best friends named Sophie, and Cat. Their inspiration for the name, and many of their tracks came from their chemistry teacher; named 'Mr.Carter'. Who they both hated with a fiery passion. After every school day, they would mess around back at Cat's house. Which led to recording random noises on their mobile phones. This lead to their first track 'Sweat Patch', which was about.
