Just so ya know: All this crap you listen to from Carey is recorded with nothing but an SM-57 microphone, an '89 Strat, a Line-6 Spyder II 30 watt, an IBM pc and a copy of Adobe Audition. Carey's been playing guitar since he was around eighteen. No stranger to cliche, he began his journey after seeing Edward Van Halen playing live. He'd seen his grandfather pick up a guitar once or twice a month and play wonderfully, and seeing Eddie settled it: he had to play. You can't have that much fun and get paid for it, right?
