About Capoeira Twins
The Capoeira Twins are Tim Hancock and Ian Stratford, and were born out of one of the Midland's longest running and most respected club nights, 'Stump Juice'. Their punky jazz style was first spotted and released by Birmingham's Rockers Hi-Fi in 1995 and released on their 'D+G' label to cult acclaim (being caned by the likes of Norman Cook and Giles Peterson amongst others). The two tracks on the single, Stump Juice Theme and Pig Lick attracted the attentions of Athletico
