Candy66 is a Venezuelan alternative metal band formed in 1998, consisting of vocalist and second guitarist Jean Carlo De Oliveira, Jose Morantes on guitar, Ray Diaz on bass, Gustavo Morantes on drums and percussion, and Let Arteaga on guitar and backing vocals. The band draws inspiration from other artists such as Faint No More, Ozzy Osbourne, Korn, Sepultura, Pantera, and Nirvana. Candy66 received the award for best metal band in Venezuela in 2002 and 2003
