About Calmed By The Tides Of Rain
Moscow band Calmed By The Tides Of Rain (CBTTOR) has been formed by Artyom (vocals) and Alexander (drums: Violent Coldness) in the summer 2008 and rapidly began searching for other musicians. Originally the band planned to play downtempo metal/hardcore in vein of Suffokate, Emmure, The Acacia Strain, concentrating on brutal vocals and groovy basis. The long searches have ended successfully: Alexander (ex-One Of The Words) and Dmitry (ex-All Opressions Of The Inner Essence, ex-Emo Pigs) joined the band.
