
Bryan Glancy was a solo-artist in the 1980s and 1990s in Manchester and was a member of The Mouth in the 1990s. He collaborated with members of The Chameleons and I Am Kloot. Glancy is also know as the dedicatee of the Elbow album, The Seldon Seen Kid, the title referring to the nickname given to Glancy by Guy Garvey's father. Glancy died on the 20th January 2006, aged 39. On 15th October 2012, Ugly Man Records re-released Glancy's My Love EP.
