Five lads from Melbourne write a bunch of songs and record them in their kitchen. They mail their six-song demo to Triple J in early 2005 and within no time Robbie Buck and Richard Kingsmill are singing their praises and flogging their signature tune 'One in 10,000' on the J’s. Without a record label or the accompanying marketing and promo push, the song slams into the Net 50, and remains there for three months, peaking in the Top 5. In Triple J's Autumn magazine
