
Brian Finnegan is a tin whistle and flute player from Armagh, Northern Ireland. He currently plays with Flook, founded the band Upstairs in a Tent, and has released a solo album called When the Party's Over. He also plays with an influential Russian rock group Аквариум, both live and on their studio albums (since approximately 2009). He is a frequent tutor for Folkworks.
