
Boyd Rice (born 1956) is an American experimental sound artist, archivist, actor, photographer, prankster and writer best known for his pioneering industrial noise music under the name NON and his own name. He has also collaborated with numerous artists in varying capacities beyond these projects. His projects include: NON (1978-) Boyd Rice & Frank Tovey (1984): With Fad Gadget Sickness of Snakes (1985): with Coil Boyd Rice and Friends (1990-2004) with Douglas Pearce of Death in June
