About Bone Circus
Bone Circus is an all-original hard rock band formed in Dallas, TX by Johnny "Bone" Young in the late 80's, and should not be confused with a Christian hip-hop group with the same name. They were among the first bands in Dallas to buck the "cover band" trend and play original music in a mostly cover band club scene. They attracted the attention of Z-ROCK drivetime disc jockey Mad Max Hammer, who began to manage the band. Hammer would play Bone Circus during his afternoon show, garnering the band much-needed attention.
