About Boiar
Paulo Carapeto and José Soares meet. At ESMAE - in Porto - the concept is born. In 1998 the first album - "Boiar 113" - is released, followed by "The Adventures of God on Earth" in 2001. Then, the sound spread from the República do Prakistão (Coimbra) to Berlin. In the way, portuguese label Borland compiled a couple of tracks for a release, there's a soundtrack for the movie "The Tulse Luper Suitcase", part of a broader project by the same name by Peter Greenaway.
