About Bobby Johnston
Bobby Johnston is a film composer and multi-instrumentalist. He has composed original scores for several independent films, including Wristcutters: A Love Story, Edmond and Unprecedented: The 2000 Presidential Election. He often works with cult director Stuart Gordon. Johnston is known for his unusual approach to film composition: he uses only acoustic instruments and usually performs every instrument himself. On occasion, he will bring in an instrumental soloist.
