Jasmin Wagner (née Sippel; born April 20, 1980, in Hamburg) is a German-Croatian actress, pop singer, and television presenter. She gained fame in the 1990s with German-language songs in the genres of happy hardcore and eurodance under the stage name Blümchen. During this time, she sold millions of records and earned several prestigious music awards, including the Echo. Wagner is regarded as the most successful German solo artist of the 1990s.
