About Blisterene
Blisterene is a power pop group from Vancouver, Canada, formed in 1995. The group consisted of Malcolm Tente (guitar, vocals), Mark R Henning (bass, vocals), and Tariq Khan (drums, backing vocals). In their three year span the band played continuously throughout Vancouver and Canada, with two videos, Gratitude and Broadcast Nationwide being aired in rotation on the nation's music station, Much Music. Mark had left his former band, Pure, at the end of 1994 and called Malcolm to see if he'd be interested in starting a group.
