About Blipp!
Blipp! blossomed out of the Amiga tracker based Poetica Grotesque in the early nineties in Falun (Sweden) and developed an exhaltingly nifty synth pop with almost exclusively swedish lyrics. Their songs have a nostalgic, socially and scientifically naïve romanticism it is easy to be smitten by. Blipp! has released two albums on cd, a cd-single, a well produced demo tape and several smaller releases on tape and cd. As Poetica Grotesque they released atleast three demos and their first live recoding exists on tape in a few copies.
