He is best known for his work in the experimental rage subgenre, noted for its heavy use of distortion, echo, and unconventional production techniques. Spencer began releasing music under various aliases before adopting the name bleood, under which he developed a distinctive sound characterized by layered, reverberated vocals and abrasive, high-energy instrumentals.
