About Birkin Tree
During their long career the band Birkin Tree has played more than a thousand concerts in Italy and in Europe and is the only Italian band of this kind – and one of the few in the world – who regularly plays in Ireland. In the last few years the band has accompanied during their Italian tours the piper Liam O'Flynn, the duo formed by fiddle player Martin Hayes and guitar player Dennis Cahill, singers Niamh Parsons and Cyril O’Donoghue, accordion players Murty Ryan and Derek Hickey and concertina player Tony O’Connell.
