About Bert Dockx
Bert Dockx ( Antwerp , 1980 ) is a Belgian composer, singer and jazz guitarist who trained at the Jazz Studio and the Royal Conservatory of Brussels . In 2008 he founded Flying Horseman , a band that originally started as a solo project. [1] Flying Horseman was nominated for two Music Industry Awards in 2013 ('album of the year' and 'alternative'). Dockx himself was nominated in the 'best musician' category in 2013 and 2014 . He also won the biennial KU Leuven Culture Prize 2015-2016. [2]
