About Bendik Hofseth
Bendik Hofseth (b. 19. October 1962 in Oslo) is a Norwegian jazz musician (saxophones), record producer and composer. Bendik was a member of American jazz group Steps Ahead (1987-92), and has later released several solo albums. He has also contributed to numerous albums with other musicians, among them Arild Andersen. Discography: IX (Columbia, 1992) Amuse Yourself (1993) Metamorfoser (Vossajazz 1994, Verve 1995) with musicians Mike Mainieri vibraphone, Eivind Aarset guitar, Anders Jormin bass, Talvin Singh tabla and Jon Christensen drums
