About Begravement
Begravement is a death metal band from the Twin Cities, Minnesota. They were initially formed as Operation: Obliteration in May of 2018 before changing their name later that year. Founding members Ezra Blumenfeld, and Owen Hiber released the two-track demo: “…to the Grave” in August of 2019, with each member playing bass for 1 song, and Hiber taking on drum duties. In 2020, Begravement’s lineup would become more cohesive and consistent, with bassist Matt Schrampfer joining them in January of that year.
