About Badrawn
Badrawn is a Texas-based acoustic music ensemble playing instrumental music of the near east and Mediterranean, especially for the American belly dance community. With the exception of a few original pieces (mostly written by oud/buzuq player Alan Williams) they play covers of popular songs from the "Golden Age of Egyptian Cinema" and the Lebanese Rahbani musical dynasty, as well as some traditional pieces.
