At Least nace de una forma muy natural, juntándose para ensayar y ver lo que sale. Inicialmente el equipo era mínimo y tenían que ingeniársela para poder sacar algo de sonido a los instrumentos. Enrique y Tolo procedían de Dark Dawn, grupo que solo dio dos actuaciones y se deshizo, Manolo provenía de múltiples proyectos que no habían llegado a cuajar entre ellos Bowl Sound; por otra parte Dani ha formado parte de bandas como Selenium o Circulo Interno.
