About Asleep in the Park
Asleep in the Park are a mischievous musical collective hailing from Melbourne, with an infectious and esoteric sound that has led to them being aptly described as the bastard lovechild of The Sex Pistols and The B52s. Their first album, 2004's 'Sky Caves In', announced their arrival on the indie scene and was followed by the 'Let You Go' EP, which was supported by a raucous tour of Eastern Europe. The latest assortment of tunes from the effervescent creative force represents a quantum leap in the Asleep in the Park sound.
