As Silence Breaks - Official Biography November 2013  Australian Heavy Metal band As Silence Breaks were formed in 2006. The Sydney act that began life as a favourite in the Australian Metal-core scene have gone on to become an entirely different beast. The band achieved early successes with the release of their debut album ‘As Silence Breaks’, appearances on the Sydney leg of the Taste of Chaos festival, and a national tour with scene heavyweights, For The Fallen Dreams and The Red Shore.
