About Arc Vel
Described as 'one of the most exciting sonic experimenters to come out of Birmingham for some time' by Midlands promoters Colour, Arc Vel's explorative electronica is touched by elements of hip hop, world, post rock and house music. An inherent warmth and instinctiveness fills his sound which is realised by the subtle use of field recordings, live guitar work and rhythmical intricacies. He released his debut ep 'Lin' in 2008 with the majority of profits going towards children's charity Kidscape.
