There are at least 3 bands using this name: 1) Arbiter is a metal band known for their clear-cut mix of many types of metal and hardcore music. From dark, brooding elements to nearly humorous passages, Arbiter's music truly spans the spectrum. Arbiter formed in late 2009 and in late 2010 the band had self-recorded and self-released 'Colossus', their critically acclaimed debut album. Only a year later and Arbiter has landed aboard Famined Records and will soon unleash their sophomore effort 'Ironclad/Machinations'
