About Arbe Garbe
The band grew up in Udine, Italy 1994: their first intention was to use the power of traditional music to make people dance and party: the musicians were all convinced that folk music was becoming too intellectual and was losing touch with people. Their name, “Bad Weeds” in the Friulian language, is a comment on the bond between the band and its homeland.
