About Aprilsrain
Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Aprilsrain plays a brand of indie pop that often draws comparisons to Death Cab For Cutie, Radiohead, and The Smashing Pumpkins. Their debut record, Stellar Transmission, is the result of three years working with celebrated producer Chris Manning (Guster, Third Eye Blind, Minipop, 20 Minute Loop), former bassist of Jellyfish. Recorded at the legendary Plant Studios in Sausalito, CA, Stellar Transmission features members of local rock group American Drag, Roger Joseph Manning, Jr.
