There are at least three artists with the name Apocryphal: 1. A U.S. death metal/death doom band (active from 2012 to present) 2. A Belarusian Death/Doom band (active from 1994 to present) 3. An Italian black metal band (active from 2014 to present) 1. Apocryphal was formed on 23 August, 2012 with the goal in mind of creating true to life old school death metal and death/doom. Death metal is an art form and it is not entertainment. It is a vessel in which one can see view the world and its happenings.
