About Anton Nanut
Anton Nanut, born September 13, 1932, is the best known Slovenian conductor of classical music. He was a professor of conducting at the Ljubljana Academy of Music and the artistic leader of the Slovene Octet in its most productive years. Nanut has been collaborating with over 200 orchestras and had made over 200 records with different labels. Among the concerts that he values most is a concert with the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra in the Carnegie Hall
