Anita Myles was born in Chattanooga, TN and later raised in beautiful Monterey, CA. She is a singer/songwriter with musical influences that range from gospel greats such as The Clark Sisters and The Hawkins Family to Bonnie Raitt and Andrea Bocelli...not exactly the lineup one might suspect from an artist that falls under the genre of gospel. Anita Myles was named a finalist in the 2007 Independent Music Awards and wrote 9 of the 10 songs on her project.
