
About Angel Romero
Angel Romero was born in Málaga, Spain on August 17, 1946. The youngest son of Celedonio Romero, he is a former member of the family's guitar quartet Los Romeros. Angel Romero made his professional debut at the age of six and at sixteen he appeared as the Los Angeles Philharmonic's first guitar soloist performing Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez, in its first premiere on the west coast. As a soloist he has performed with the New York Philharmonic
