About Andhéri
Andhéri was an Icelandic band which first appeared in the Icelandic "Battle of the Bands" (Músíktilraunir) in 1997, and lost to Soðin Fiðla (Boiled Violin). The band released it's only album, Fallegir Ósigrar (Beautiful Defeats) that same year on Bad Taste in Iceland. It was nominated as album of the year at the annual Icelandic Music Awards, and lost to Björk's Homogenic. Members included Gunnar Örn Tynes and Örvar Þóreyjarson which a year later formed Múm.
