
About Alberto Marino
Alberto Marino (born April 26, 1920 Verona, Italy - died June 21, 1989 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) was a tango singer. As a child, he moved with his family from Italy to the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo. His debut as a singer was in 1935 on Radio Mitre. He sang with several bands until in 1942 Anibal Troilo incorporated him into his ensemble. In 1946 he left Troilo's orchestra and began his career as a soloist with orchestra and Hector Enrique Alessio Artola.
