Adam of the Weight is the band of Adam Kowalczyk, brother of Ed Kowalczyk who is the singer of the popular band Live. Though it's presented as a band, most of the music is the solo work on Adam. The music is mainly beautiful singer/songerwriter-type material, very emotional, using mainly acoustic instruments. While not officially a member of the band, Adam contributes to most of the studio work of Live and is always present when Live is touring the various parts of the world.
