A cuban pianist, director and composer, was born is 1948. Pianist, composer, arranger and director, is unquestionably the Cuban "Sonero"by excellence. Owner of a very personal, unmistakable, harmonic and melodic style, he won the title of "EL Caballero del Son" ("The Son Gentleman") due to the anthological innovations and contributions to this traditional and contemporary genre, which erans him the honor of being, nowadays, the most versioned Cuban sonero at the Latin musical scene over the last 30 years.
