76% Uncertain is a Connecticut hardcore band formed in 1983 by members of two other bands: CIA and Reflex From Pain. Early in 1984 the band released their first album, "Estimated Monkey Time". 1986 (?) brought the release of "Nothing But Love Songs". At this time, a line-up change also happened. Mike Spadaccini was added as the third guitarist, and William Knapp left to work on other musical projects, and Chip Moody took over the task of drumming.
