Zuf de Žur is a folk group from Gorizia, Friuli, Italy, founded in 1994 with the intent to express the mulch-ethnicity of the peoples living in North-East Italy. Their music is inspired by the songs of Istria, Friuli and Slovenia with Balkan rhythms. The lyrics are in Friulian, Slovenian, Istriot and Yiddish. "Zuf" is a Friulian word meaning "mixture", while "Žur" is a Slovenian word meaning "party".
